Kolo Toure: Arsenal played with six at the back v Man City
Kolo Toure has claimed that Arsenal were content with a point against Man City on Sunday. Both teams played out a scoreless draw at the Etihad.
“Arsenal will be the happier team because City were pushing. City wanted to win the game more than Arsenal,” he said.
“Arsenal were thinking about not losing. City tried everything but there were not enough bodies in the box to score goals.
“Arsenal had six players in the back line and it was really difficult to score when it was only Haaland in the box most of the time.”
The result leaves City third in the Premier League with 64 points from 29 games, just one point behind the Gunners in second with Liverpool top with 67.
