Dani Alves spotted partying until 5 am just days after prison release
Earlier this week, Dani Alves was provisionally released from prison after spending over a year in jail awaiting his sentence for alleged sexual abuse.
Just a day after the former Brazilian defender’s release on a €1,000,000 bail, he returned to his home in Esplugues de Llobregat (a municipality near Barcelona) and was reportedly seen partying until five in the morning, as per TyC Sports.
But, contrary to the idea of a wild celebration following his release, reports indicate that the gathering had a more solemn occasion – celebrating his father’s birthday.
As a reminder, Alves was sentenced to 4.5 years in prison for a sexual assault that occurred at a nightclub in Barcelona on December 31, 2022.
After the incident, both his Spanish and Brazilian passports were confiscated, limiting his ability to leave the country.
